FAQs

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes! Our bartenders are all TIPS certified, trained, and qualified to serve your guests beer, wine, and specialty made cocktails.

Do you supply the alcohol?

No, unfortunately we do not have a liquor license. So we are not legally able to purchase or sell alcohol at your event. We provide bartending services for your event, but you’ll be responsible for supplying the beer, wine, and alcohol. During our consultation, we’ll help you craft a specific menu and then we’ll provide you with a detailed list of what to supply. We’ll take care of all the mixers and garnishes, so you can relax and enjoy the event!

Am I required to leave a deposit?

Yes, since the majority of our events are booked well in advance and require a lot of coordination, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, $250 is non-refundable. The full event must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event. Refunds are as follows:

  • Full, > 60 days before event

  • Half, 45-60 days before event

  • None, < 45 days before event

Where are you located?

We are located around the Great Falls area, but are committed to servicing the entire state of Montana. If you have an event beyond the Great Falls area, please let us know and we’d be happy to work with you.
